View all coffeeEvery bean we pour comes from a farm we've visited or a farmer we've worked with for years. We taste-test, we negotiate fair prices, and we roast in small weekly batches on site.
We rotate origins seasonally, so the cup you order today might travel from Ethiopia, Colombia, Da Lat or Kenya — but it always lands in your hand within fourteen days of roast.

Buttery, with toasted almond cream

Two batons of dark chocolate, all-butter dough

Yuzu curd over a vanilla shortbread base

72-hour cold ferment, crusty edge

Crisp caramel shell, soft custard inside

Brown butter dough swirled with pistachio paste

Chiffon infused with bergamot, citrus glaze

Sea salt, dark chocolate chunks, beurre noisette
We've spent years finding the bakes that lift each cup, and the cups that flatter each bake. Here are the four we keep returning to.
Caramel-honey espresso lifts the toasted almond cream, while the laminated dough adds a buttery weight to balance the milk.
WHY: HONEY MEETS TOASTED ALMOND

Bergamot and citrus on both sides — the pour-over draws out the lemon's brightness without competing with it.
WHY: BRIGHT MEETS BRIGHT

Cool vanilla against warm beurre noisette — sweet against salty, smooth against crisp.
WHY: COLD COFFEE MEETS WARM BUTTER

Spice and nut, cup and pastry, autumn in one bite. The cinnamon foam echoes the cardamom in the dough.
